MY SERVICES

I love to get to know my clients as best as possible, so I can be sure we're collaborating on a trip that is perfect for each specific client. Here's what the process normally looks like:

1. Initial Consultation: We'll speak in detail over the phone or in person about what you're planning. At this time, I gather as much information as possible - your preferences, hobbies, past travels, bucket list, etc. and start coming up with ideas.

2. Collaboration: During this phase, I will begin by putting together a proposal (sometimes multiple depending on the type of trip), and sending it to you. Sometimes it's helpful to go over the proposal together, especially if it's an extensive/complex trip. I collect as much feedback as possible and answer any questions that come up, then I make adjustments accordingly.

3. Booking: After collecting your necessary information, I will handle the booking and payments on your behalf, so you can just wait for the confirmation and start your countdown! Depending on the details of the trip, this may not happen all at once since hotels, flights, trains, etc. could become available at different times.

4. Travel Documents: I will either mail your travel documents to you or meet with you in person to go over your trip details. This is where I answer all of your questions and help you prepare for your upcoming trip! 

5. Support: I generally don't hear from clients while they're traveling, and that's when the saying, "no news is good news," really rings true! However, I am available for clients if they have any issues during travel, and I carefully select tour operators, cruise lines, etc. that provide 24/7 customer support during travel as well. 

6. Follow Up: One of my favorite parts is welcoming clients home and hearing all about their travels! I welcome photos and stories, and I greatly appreciate all feedback.
