How We Operate

As your Travel Advisors, we like to say we can do as much or as little as you'd like.

We love to get to know our clients as best as possible, so we can be sure we're collaborating on a trip that is perfect for each specific client. Here is a little bit of information about how the process typically works!

Initial Consultation

We'll speak in detail over the phone or in person about what you're planning. At this time, I gather as much information as possible - your preferences, hobbies, past travels, bucket list, etc. and start coming up with ideas.

Collaboration

During this phase, we will begin by putting together a proposal (sometimes multiple depending on the type of trip), and sending it to you. Sometimes it's helpful to go over the proposal together, especially if it's an extensive/complex trip. We collect as much feedback as possible and answer any questions that come up, then we make adjustments accordingly. It's important to tell us both the things you love and dislike about the itinerary so we know what direction to go in with the next batch of proposals!

3

Booking

After collecting your necessary information, your Advisor will handle the booking and payments on your behalf, so you can just sit back and let us do all the heavy lifting! Depending on the details of the trip, this may not happen all at once since hotels, flights, trains, etc. could become available at different times.

4

Travel Documents

About 2-4 weeks before your departure, we will set up a final meeting to go over your travel documents from start to finish so you feel prepared for your upcoming travels! We will also provide you with a digital itinerary that can be viewed on your phone, this is especially helpful when you have a complex itinerary!

5

Support

We generally don't hear from clients while they're traveling, and that's when the saying, "no news is good news," really rings true! However, we are available for clients if they have any issues during travel. We also carefully select tour operators, cruise lines, etc. that provide 24/7 customer support during travel so you always have someone to contact!

Welcome Home!

One of our favorite parts is welcoming clients home and hearing all about their travels! We welcome all photos and stories, and greatly appreciate all feedback.
