Candace Dupps

Candace Dupps has over 9 years of experience in the travel industry. In June 2021, she became an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with Travel Experts, Inc., leading to the creation of Louisville Outbound.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Candace graduated from the University of Cincinnati with Bachelor's Degrees in Communication and German Studies. She then moved to Germany and lived in Garmisch-Partenkirchen from 2014-2015, where she discovered her passion for travel. During this time, she met her husband, Patrick, who coincidentally was from Louisville, only an hour and a half away from her hometown.

After spending over a year together in Germany, Candace and Patrick decided to return to the U.S. in the summer of 2015. At a Welcome Home party hosted by Patrick's family, a family member suggested Candace apply to a local travel agency. Following a job offer, they officially moved to Louisville. Candace has since fallen in love with the city's small-town feel and enjoys being close to home. She and Patrick are enthusiastic supporters of local businesses and avid fans of LCFC and Racing Louisville. When not working in travel or traveling, Candace enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets. She also loves live music, hiking, biking, and kayaking, often visiting the Waterfront, the Parklands, or nearby lakes.

Candace believes travel is personal, and she looks forward to getting to know her clients' hobbies and interests to help them craft the perfect, customized trip. She invites potential clients to reach out by calling, texting, or emailing her, and to connect with her on social media to stay updated on the latest in travel and her travel business.

Emma Wade

​Emma was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. From an early age she showed a passion for travel. Long road trips for summer days in the north woods of Wisconsin are some of her earliest memories. Since those early days Emma’s love for travel has grown. She’s spent winters in Eastern Europe, spring breaks in the Caribbean, and Halloween in Disney to name a few. She’s even hiked under a Harvest moon in Arizona! Now Emma hopes to use her passion to help others experience the joy that travel brings.
Amie Burch
Admin Assistant / Social Media Coordinator
Amie is originally from the Maldives and moved to the United States in 2018, bringing with her a deep passion for travel and exploration. As a former flight attendant, she embraced the opportunity to discover the world, creating unforgettable experiences along the way.
From freediving in Greece to cooking classes in Italy, kite surfing in Sicily, and hiking in the rugged landscapes of Colorado, Amie’s adventures are as unique as they are inspiring. She’s jumped into alpine lakes in Scotland, camped under starry skies, and got engaged on a deserted island in Turkey.

An advocate for sustainable travel and local tourism, Amie is passionate about connecting with nature and exploring diverse cultures. Through her love for filming and documenting her journeys, she inspires others to travel intentionally and with care.
